自制分根器在分根法拔牙中的应用

目的:总结自行设计制作一分根器的临床应用效果。方法:选取200例需要拔除的复杂多根牙随机分为2组,研究组采用自制刃部四凹槽结构的分根器分根后拔除患牙,对照组采用传统的劈凿法拔除患牙。记录手术时间、患者的损伤情况和术后病人反应。结果:观察组手术时间和术后并发症均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),自制分根器在分根、挺根的使用效果良好。结论:自制分根器用于分根拔牙中具有安全、组织损伤小、病人痛苦小等优点。

Application of a Homemade Instrument in the Extraction of Multi-rooted Teeth

Objective： To evaluate the application of a homemade tooth extraction device in extraction of multi-rooted teeth. Methods： Homemade separation root device consists of a four-grooves structure in components of tooth edge , a long pole of 12 cm, a transverse handle and a convex hammer and chisel base at the top. 200 multi-rooted teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group 1（n=100）, teeth were extracted using homemade new instrument. Group 2（n=100）, teeth were extracted using conventional devices. Extraction procedure and postoperative outcomes were recorded and compared. Results： There were significant difference in operative duration and postoperative complications between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The homemade root separation device is safe in operation, less injury of tissue , little sufferings of patients and other advantages.
