| 摘 要： | 目的验证自建的高校护理学科核心竞争力评价指标体系,分析我国高校护理学科核心竞争力的特点。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法选择国内3所高校的护理学科为实证研究对象,采用自建评价模型进行实证研究。结果3所高校护理学科核心竞争力差异明显,由强到弱依次为某市属医科大学护理学科、某部属综合大学护理学科、某省属医科大学护理学科。结论高校护理学科核心竞争力评价模型鉴别力较强,提示我国高校护理学科核心竞争力总体薄弱,未形成明显优势和特色,但有待进一步研究证明。

| Abstract: | Objective To verify the evaluation index system and explore thecharacteristics of the core nursing competency in Chinese universities. Methods The empirical study was carried out using constructed evaluation model on the nursing disciplines of three universities selected by stratified random method. Results There were significant differences among the nursing disciplines of three universities. The sequence of competitiveness was the nursing disciple of a municipal medical university,the nursing disciple of a comprehensive university affiliated to a ministry and the nursing discipline of a provincial medical university.. Conclusion The discrimination of evaluation index system of nursing core competency was good, which indicated that the overall nursing core competency in Chinese university was too weak to develop the superiority and characteristics. Further investigation remained to be conducted on this issue. |
