心理治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复疗效的影响

目的 :观察心理治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复治疗效果的影响。方法 :94例经多模式诊断方法(MMADD) 1] 确诊脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分成 2组 ,均进行常规康复治疗 ,心理组同时介入心理治疗。 2组治疗前后分别进行MMADD和脑卒中病损评分 (SIAS) 2 ] 检测。结果 :治疗 8周后 ,SIAS及MMADD评分与治疗前比较 ,2组均有显著提高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;2组间比较差异有显著性 (分别P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :心理治疗在脑卒中后抑郁患者康复治疗中起重要作用 ,能显著提高康复治疗效果。

Effect of Psychotherapy on the Rehabilitation Outcome of Post-stroke Depression

Objective: To investigate the effect of psychotherapy on the rehabilitation outcome of post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods: 94 patients diagnosed by multimodel approach to diagnosis of PSD (MMADD) as PSD were equally divided into psychotherapy group (subject to normal rehabilitation therapy and psychotherapy) and control group (only subject to rehabilitation therapy) randomly. Both two groups were examined by MMADD and stroke impairment assessment set(SIAS) before and after therapy. Results: After 8-week therapy, the scores in SIAS of both two groups were increased as compared with those before therapy ( P <0.01) and there was significant difference between them ( P <0.01). The scores in MMADD in the psychotherapy group were significantly decreased, but no obvious changes were found in the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Psychotherapy plays an important role in the rehabilitation therapy of PSD patients and can effectively improve the rehabilitation outcome of the PSD patients.
