中医药治疗肠道易激综合征96例临床分析

目的观察中医药治疗肠道易激综合征的临床疗效。方法96例病例均按中医辨证分型治疗,肝郁脾虚型治以痛泻要方加味;寒热夹杂证药用乌梅丸加减;肠道津亏证用一贯煎加减;脾胃虚弱证应用参苓白术散加减,未使用一切西药。结果治疗后临床治愈39例（40．6％）,显效30例（31．3％）,好转23例（23．9％）,无效4例（4．2％）,总有效率为95．8％。结论中医药治疗肠道易激综合征临床疗效显著,可进一步推广。

Clinical Analysis of 96 Cases of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treated with Chinese Herbal Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine on irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）. Methods The syndromes of 96 cases were differentiated according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency was treated with modified Tong Xie Yao Fang. The syndrome of mixture of cold and heat was with modified Wu Mei Wan. The syndrome of body fluid consumption in intestine was with modified Yi Guan Jian. The syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency was with modified Shcn Ling Bai Zhu San. All of the syndromes were not treated with western medicine. Results After treatment,39 cases（40.6% ）were cured clinically,30 cases（31.3% ）effective markedly ,23 cases （23.9%）effective and 4 cases （4.2%）failed. The total effective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine is effective significantly in clinical treatment of IBS and deserves to be further promoted.
