| 摘 要： | 目的:观察连豆清脉方对动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者脉搏波速度(PWV)和踝臂指数(ABI)的干预。方法:将64例至少有一项AS相关临床事件(冠心病、脑梗死)的患者,随机分为连豆清脉方治疗组和对照组,两组均进行标准治疗,其中治疗组加用连豆清脉方,观察治疗前后PWV及ABI的变化。结果:治疗前,对照组和连豆清脉方治疗组PWV、ABI没有统计学差异[(19.04±0.85)vs(18.61±1.43),P=0.801;(1.03±0.02)vs(1.03±0.02),P=0.913)]。治疗后,两组PWV均下降,但治疗组的下降值明显高于对照组[(1.97±0.40)m/s vs(0.13±0.17)m/s,P=0.000)];而ABI两组均升高,但是,治疗后治疗组ABI明显高于对照组[(1.16±0.03)vs(1.08±0.02,P=0.000)],具有统计学差异。结论:在标准治疗基础上,连豆清脉方可以进一步降低PWV、提高ABI,改善AS。
