大学生职业自我效能的影响因素分析

摘    要:目的:探讨大学生职业自我效能特点及其影响因素。方法:采用问卷共调查了清华大学和北京中医药大学的278名本科生。结果:①职业自我效能存在着性别和学校类型方面的差异。②大学生的职业自我效能更受到了家庭的职业引导、知觉到的社会支持的影响。结论:加强家庭对于大学生的职业引导,并提供足够的社会支持,能提高大学生的职业自我效能水平。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the structures of the career self-efficacy, measure the career self-efficacy and social support, and furthermore studied the relationship between career self-efficacy, social support and career guidance. Methods: Two hundred and seventy-eight undergraduates from Tsinghua University and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, were tested by questionnaire. Results: Significant differences were detected between participants of different schools and gender. Family career guidance and perceived social support could influence on career self-efficacy. Conclusion: Family career guidance and social support could improve career self-efficacy.[
