抵抗素与肥胖及2型糖尿病的关系

摘    要:
目的探讨抵抗素与肥胖及2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法正常人(NC)80例、单纯肥胖(Ob)67例、T2DM77例、伴肥胖的T2DM(Ob DM)102例,测定其血清抵抗素、真胰岛素、胰岛素原、胰升糖素、空腹血糖、血脂及血压等水平,记录身高、体重等。结果四组抵抗素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);抵抗素与胰岛β细胞功能、胰岛素敏感性也无相关性(P>0.05);在Ob、DM及Ob DM组抵抗素与TC呈正相关(r=0.35,0.33,0.38,P<0.05);在Ob及Ob DM组抵抗素与腰臀比呈正相关(r=0.36,0.27,P<0.05);在Ob组抵抗素与PI呈正相关(r=0.37,P<0.05)。结论抵抗素与T2DM无相关性,但可能影响肥胖及糖尿病患者的脂质代谢及胰岛素抵抗的形成。

Abstract:
Objective To research the relationship of resistin with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 healthy person, 67 cases with obesity, 77 type 2 diabetics and 102 type 2 diabetics with obesity were chosen. ELISA was used to test resistin, true insulin, and proinsulin. RIA was used to test glucagon. And we tested fasting glucose, lipid and blood pressure of these subjects. Height, weight and other index were recorded. SPSS13.0 was used to analyze. Results The resistin level was not significantly different among these groups(P>0.05). No relationship was found between resistin and sensitivity of insulin(P>0.05). Resistin was associated with total cholesterol in groups of obesity, diabetes and diabetes with obesity(r=0.35, 0.33, 0.38, all P<0.05). Resistin was related to waist hip ratio in groups of obesity and diabetes with obesity (r=0.36, 0.27, all P<0.05). In pure obesity group, resistin was positively related to pro-insulin (r=0.37, P<0.05). Conclusions These findings suggest that resistin is not associated with type 2 diabetes directly, but in groups of obesity and diabetes, it may influence lipid metabolism, and in obesity group, it may influence the formation of insulin resistance.
