小儿腹股沟斜疝微创外科手术治疗临床研究

目的探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝微创外科手术治疗的最佳术式。方法回顾总结我院1997年4月~2004年7月小儿腹股沟斜疝手术300例。手术采取下腹壁自然腹横纹横切口,不切开腹股沟管的疝囊高位结扎术(微创手术组计154例),经典腹股沟斜切口,切开腹股沟管行修补术(经典手术组计146例)两种术式。结果术后微创手术组无阴囊水肿、切口感染,随访无疝复发;经典手术组阴囊水肿12例,切口感染4例,疝复发3例。结论通过两种手术方式的对比,微创外科手术治疗操作简单,痛苦少,恢复快,安全可靠,易于患儿接受,适于临床推广。

Clinical study in the treatment of infantile indirect inguinal hernia by microsurgery

Objective:To investigate the best operative method in treating infantile indirect inguinal hernia by microsurgery.Methds:300sick infants with indirect inguinal hernia fromApril,1997to June,2004treated by operation in our hospital were retrospectively summarized,and divided into group A called microsurgery group with 154 cases by using lower abdominal natural skin horizontal incision without opening inguinal tube and group B called classical operation group with 146 cases by classical hernia neoplasty of opening inguinal tube.Results: The patients in the mi crosurgery group were cured without scrotal dropsy, incision infection and recurrence case.But there were 12 cases of scrotal dropsy, 4 cases of incision infection and 3 cases of hernial recurrence in classical operation group.Conclusion: The data show that the microsurgery in treating in fantile in direct inguinal hernia is simple and safe to be operated,with less pain and rapid recovery,and easily accepted by patients and worthy to be popularized in clinic.
