单硝酸异山梨酯类缓释片对老年单纯收缩期高血压的降压作用

目的观察长效硝酸酯类药物对老年单纯收缩期高血压（ISH）患者的降压作用．方法105例老年单纯收缩期高血压（ISH）患者随机分为对照组47例和治疗组58例，对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片5mg，每天1次口服；治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片50mg，每天1次口服，疗程均为8周．结果用药前后比较，对照组脉压（PP）变化不大，而治疗组PP明显减小，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）．结论长效硝酸酯类药物能降低ISH患者的SBP，而对DBP影响不大，使PP减小，适合老年ISH患者的降压治疗．

Effect of Isosorbide Esters Sustained-release Tablets on Elderly Isolated Systolic Hypertension

Objective To hypertension （ISH） in patients observe the effect of long-acting nitrates drugs on elderly isolated systolic Methods 105 cases of elderly isolated systolic hypertension （ISH） were randomly divided into control group （47 cases） and treatment group （ 58 cases）. Patients in control group were given amlodipine besylate tablets 5 rag, once every day; treatment group in the above-mentioned treatment add a single foundation on isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablet 50 rag, once every day, treatment lasted 8 weeks. Results Before and after treatment, pulse pressure （PP） in the control group changed little, while PP in the treatment group significantly reduced, compared with the control group, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions Long-acting nitrate drugs can reduce the ISH patients with SBP, while have little impact on DBP, so to decrease PP, fit elderly patients with antihypertensive treatment of ISH.
