2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者的心理分析及护理对策

目的探讨引起2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者的心理状况及改善生活质量的护理对策。方法对53例2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者进行病史采集、体格检查后,采用36条目简明健康量表(MOSSF-36量表)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)等作为评价,并与51例确诊为2型糖尿病且排除并发症患者进行对照。结果2型糖尿病并发周围神经在SIP、SCL-90、SDS、SAS评价得分与对照组相比存在差异性,并且差异性有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2型糖尿病并发周围神经与无并发症的糖尿病患者相比,存在明显的心理障碍,主要表现为躯体化、焦虑、抑郁等。结论因此对此类患者应在药物治疗的同时,应该进行积极的心理干预。

Psychological Analysis and Nursing Strategies for Ttype 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients Complicated with Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To explore the psychological status of 2 DM complicated with peripheral neuropathy,and try to find effective strategies to improve the life quality of such kind of patients.Methods After collecting the history and physical examinations of inpatients of our department who were diagnosed 2 type diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy,4 psychological scales of MOS SF-36,SCL-90,SDS,SAS were applied to estimate the psychological status of such kind of patients,with the results compared to that of the patients with merely 2 type diabetes mellitus excluding any other complications.Results In contrast to the patients with merely 2 type diabetes mellitus excluding any other complications,the 2 type diabetes mellitus patients complicated with peripheral neuropathy have bad status based on the scores of 4 scales mentioned above,which are present in somatization,anxiety,depression,etc.Conclusion At the procedure of drugs therapy,psychological intervention is simultaneously necessary.
