| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,选用C18色谱柱、以甲醇-水(15∶85)为流动相,分离测定利胆片中绿原酸的含量,方法简便、快速、准确,测得组分具有良好的线性关系,重现性好,绿原酸的平均回收率为100.32%,RSD=1.17%。

| Abstract: | This article uses the highly effective liquid phase chromatography, using C18 column chromatography, methanol -- water （ 15： 85） as mobile phase, separation and determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Lidan tablets. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, the measured component has a good linear relationship, good reappearance, the average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 100.32%, RSD = 1.17%. |
