厚朴中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的分离条件初探

摘    要:
目的:研究硅胶柱层析法分离纯化厚朴中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的优化工艺。方法:采用不同体系的洗脱液进行洗脱。以厚朴酚的纯度为考察指标筛选最佳洗脱系统。结果:四种不同系统的不同比例均分离得到了含量大于90%的单个化合物晶体,其中优选的洗脱系统为石油醚∶丙酮系统,比例为10∶1,厚朴酚纯度为98.34%,收率96.43%。结论:四种洗脱系统中以石油醚∶丙酮系统效果最佳。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the silica gel column chromatography separation and purification in magnolia bark Magnolol and Honokiol optimization of process.Methods:Using different system of run in with fluid.To Honokiol purity for complete index selects the optimal elution system.Result:Four kinds of different system of different scale to all separation got content than the 90% of the individual compounds crystals.One optimal elution system for petroleum ether: acetone system and the proportion is 10:1.Honokiol purity of 98.34% and the yield was 96.43%.Conclusion:The best elution system is petroleum ether: acetone system.
