| Abstract: | 53 eyes (49 cases) of retinal detachment due tomacular hole were treated with intraocular gas tamponade. Retinal reattachment was 42 eyes (79. 2%) in follow - up. The visual acuity improved in 29 (69%) ofretinal reattachment eyes. The indication and factorsthat affect successfully reattachment were discussed. |
