肾病综合征患者中血清铁与载脂蛋白AI和载脂蛋白B的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨肾病综合征患者血清铁与载脂蛋白AI和载脂蛋白B之间的关系。方法分别用比色法检测正常对照组和肾病综合征组血清铁以及血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)水平,用免疫比浊法检测载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B和脂蛋白(a)。结果对照组与肾病综合征组间,除血清铁差异无统计学意义外(P〉0.05),其余血脂各项指标差别均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。对照组中,血清铁与脂蛋白(a)具有相关关系(r=0.277,P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义;肾病综合征组中血清铁与载脂蛋白AI(r=0.628,P〈0.01)和载脂蛋白B(r=0.48,P〈0.05)具有相关性,差异有统计学意义外,与其余诸项血脂指标无相关性,差异无统计学意义。结论肾病综合征患者中血清铁的水平可能与载脂蛋白AI和载脂蛋白B的紊乱有关系,其生物学意义尚待进一步研究。

Association between sera iron and apoAI, apoB in nephritic syndrome

Abstract:Objective To study the association between sent Iron(SI) levels and sera apolipoprotein(Apo) AI, ApoB levels in Nephritic Syndrome (NS). Methods SI, Total Cholesterol(Tc),Triglycerides(TG),High Density Lipoproteirm Cholesterol(HDL-C) and Low Density Lipoproteins Cholesterol (LDL-C) were measured with colorimetry and Lipoprotein(a) (Lp (a)), ApoAI and ApoB with immune-turbidimetry in NS patients and normal subjects served as controls. Results Significant positive linear correlations were found between SI and ApoAI (r= 0.628, P < 0.01), and ApoB (r = 0.48, P < 0. 05) respectively, while no significant linear correlations were found between SI and another test [for example, Tc, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and LP (a)] (P>0.05). No significant linear correlations were found between SI and others sera lipids (P> 0. 05) , but LP(a) (r=0.277, P < 0.05) in normal subjects. Condusion SI may be associated with the ApoAI and ApoB in NS, but the biological significance among them need study furtherly.
