合并前后组颅神经损伤的鼻咽癌43例临床分析

目的　了解前后组颅神经损伤在同一病例发病情况和放疗后功能恢复规律。方法　 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 6月本院收治的 6 2 3例鼻咽癌病例中 ,合并前后组颅神经损伤者 4 3例 ,对其损伤时间进行统计 ,并对常规放疗后功能恢复比较。结果　后组颅神经损伤持续时间短 ,开始恢复时间明显早于前组 ,比较完全恢复率 (χ2 =14 .91,P <0 .0 1)总有效恢复率 (χ2 =4 .6 3,P <0 .0 5 )均高于前组颅神经损伤。结论　损伤持续时间是颅神经损伤功能恢复的根本决定因素。

Analysis of 43 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma complicated with both anterior and posterior cranial nerves abnormalities

Objective To evaluate the function recovery pulugation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) complicated with both anterior and posterior cranial nerves abnormalities. Methods from January 2000 to June 2003 ,43 NPC patients withboth anterior and posterior cranial nerves abnormalities were investigated. The period of nerve abnormatity and the recovery rates were compared.Results Rusults The period of posterior cranial nerves abnormality were shorter and recovery rate was higher compare with the anterior cranial nerve. Conclusion Period of cranial nerve abnormality might be the critical factor of abnormality cranial nerve recovery.
