| 摘 要： | 在非精神科住院病人中最常见的心理问题是焦虑和抑服情绪障碍。对上海市中山医院、华山医院内、外、妇科病人及产妇用ＨＡＤＳ自评，结合一般问卷调查，发现内、外科住院病人的焦虑抑郁发生率远高于妇科、产科病人。

| Abstract: | Some psychological problems often occur in nonpsychotic patients.The most commen symptoms are anxiety and depression.We studied the internal medical and surgecial,gynaecologcal and obstetrics patients with HADS and a gerenal questionaire The results showed that the incidence of anxiety and depression in internal medical surgecial patients The results showed the incidence of anxiety and depression in internal medical surgecial patients is far more higher than gynaecological and obsterics ones |
