超声造影在脑肿瘤术中的应用

目的 探讨超声造影在脑肿瘤术中应用的可行性及其价值。方法 10例脑肿瘤患者行术中超声造影，了解肿瘤的强化情况，评价手术切除率。结果 所有病变均呈强回声，不同肿瘤有其特征性的声像图表现。术中超声造影使肿瘤边界显示清晰，肿瘤呈不同程度强化，均准确评价了病灶手术切除程度。结论 术中超声造影有助于确认脑肿瘤边界，判断肿瘤切除情况，提高诊断准确性和全切除率。

Clinic research of brain tumor by intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound

Objective To discuss the feasibility and the value of the intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound in brain tumors. Methods Ten patients with brain tumors were chosen to perform intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound, the contrast enhancement was observed and the resection degree of tumors was evaluated. Results All tumors were hyperechoic on B-Mode scans, different tumors had their representative ultrasound findings. After injection of contrast agent, all tumors displayed contrast enhancement in different degree and the border were clearer. Intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound could evaluate the resection degree exactly. Conclusions Intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasound is useful to determine the border of the tumors and the degree of the resection,improve the accuracy of the diagnosis and the precision of the operation.
