Abstract:Objective To analyze the hemorheology parameters changes in dogs with craniocerebral firearm injury in a hot and humid environment. Mothods 6 cross-bred dogs injured by craniocerebral firearm were exposed in a hot and humid environment. The hemorheology and blood gas analysis were measured 2 h before and after injury. Results In a hot and humid environment, there were no significant change in hemorheology (high, medial and low shear rates) and plasm viscosity, and a decrease in blood plasm PO2 and PaCO2 respectively (P<0.05) in dogs after injured by craniocerebral firearm. Conclusion There were no significant changes in the hemorheology parameters changes in dogs with craniocerebral firearm injuries in a hot and humid environment.
Keywords:craniocerebral firearm injury  hot and humid environment  hemorheology
