| 摘 要： | 目的 分析我院药物不良反应(ADR)的相关因素,为临床用药提供参考.方法 对我院2006年1-12月间收集252例药物不良反应报告进行统计分析.结果 252例ADR报告中,以静脉滴注方式给药引发的ADR最多,占总例数的70.2%(177例);抗感染药物引起的ADR最多,占总例数的61.5%(155例);ADR表现以皮肤及附件损伤最为常见,占总例数的52.3%(132例).结论 应慎用注射剂,合理使用抗感染药物,以减少ADR的发生. |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the related factors of adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in our hospital for references of clinical medication.Methods 252 ADR cases had been collected from Jan.1,2006 to Dec.31,2006,Which had been reported All the cases were carried on the review analysis.Results Of the total 252 ADR cases,most were induced by iv gtt,which accounted for 70.2%(177 cases);Most were induced by anti-infection drugs,which accounted for 61.5%(155 cases);Most common clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and adnexa,which accounted for 52.3%(132 cases).Conclusion Injections should be used rationally under careful observation.Rational use of anti-infective drugs should be emphasized to decrease the occurrence of ADR. |
