| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨激光治疗泪道狭窄、阻塞的效果。方法:自2005年10月-2006年5月共治疗59例各种原因引起泪道阻塞,共109只眼。其中92只眼治愈,17只眼再次行激光治疗,治愈12眼,5眼未愈,取得了良好的疗效。结果:激光治疗泪道狭窄和阻塞安全、有效,操作简单、并发症少。患者的痛苦小、不影响美容,可重复多次治疗。术后泪道冲洗是治疗成功的关键措施。结论:激光治疗泪道狭窄、阻塞及术后冲洗能有效的治疗各种泪道阻塞。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of lacrimal sounding by KTP laser combined with irrigation after operation for several times. Methods: A cannual was introduced with a prode to find out the obstruction site. After removal of the probe, KTP Laser fiber was conducted to the site and fire was set to reopen the duct and the sodium hyaluronate was infused after operation using the irrigation on lacrimal duct well for several times. Results: Among 109 cases of lacrimal duct obstruction, the procedure succeeded in 104 cases and failed in 5 case. Conclusion:Lacrimal sounding by KTP Laser combined with hyaluronate infusion as well as irrigation after operation is effective for lacrimal duct obstruction of all kinds. |
