慢性唇炎中药显敷联合微波治闻的临床疗效观察

目的评价中药五白湿敷剂结合微波治疗慢性唇炎的临床疗效.方法采用随机对照方法.71例慢性唇炎,分成3组,中药五白湿敷剂结合微波治疗27例,单纯五白湿敷剂治疗24例,单纯微波治疗20例.疗程均为2个月,观察临床疗效,并用X2检验。结果中药五白湿敷结合微波治疗慢性唇炎的疗效虽与单纯中药湿敷的疗效一样好（P>0.05）,但可缩短疗程近1/2,而且单纯用中药湿敷的疗效亦比单纯微波治疗的疗效好(P<0.05).结论中药五白湿敷剂湿敷结合微波治疗慢性唇炎的疗效好.

Clinical observation of the treatment of chronic cheilitis with the combination of the wet application of traditional Chinese medicine and microwave treatment

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine five white wet apply solvent and microwave treatment on chronic cheilitis.Method:Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTS) on 60 cases of chronic cheilitis divided into 3 groups. Chi-square (X2) statisticsare used.Result:The combination of the traditional Chinese medicine five white wet apply solvent and microwave treatment is shown to have similar curative effect to that of the traditional Chinese medicine five white wet apply solvent alone in treating chronic cheilitis (p>0.05). The former is shown to have shorten the length of the course of treatment by half from that of the latter, however. Furthermore, we show that the traditional Chinese medicine five white wet apply solvent alone has a better curative effect than microwave treatment alone (p<0.05).Conclusion: The Chinese traditional medicine five white wet apply solvent is a better treatment for chronic cheilitis.
