维持性血液透析患者自我感受负担影响因素调查与分析

目的:调查维持性血液透析患者的自我感受负担状况,分析其相关的影响因素。方法:运用自行设计的患者一般情况问卷和自我感受负担量表对140例维持性血液透析患者进行问卷调查。结果:患者自我感受负担得分为(36.39±9.95)分。78.57%的患者存在中度及其以上的自我感受负担。多元逐步回归分析显示,患者性别、医疗费用支付方式、接受照护的时间是自我感受负担的影响因素。结论:患者的自我感受负担处于中等水平,性别、医疗费用支付方式、接受照护的时间是自我感受负担的影响因素。

An exploration of serf-perceived burden in maintained hemodialysis patients

Objective：To understand the self-perceived burden and explore the influencing factors associated with self-perceived burden in patients with maintained hemodialysis. Method：A questionnaire survey was conducted in 140 patients, demographic profile and the Self-perceived Burden Scale were used to collect dada. Results：Patients＇ SPB score was 36.39±9.95. 78.57% patients reported that they had middle to high self-perceived burden. Multiple stepwise regression analysis revealed sex and insurance status of patients and care time which patients received were contributing factors. Conclusion： The patient＇s self-perceived burden in the middle level. Sex and insurance status of patients and care time which patients received were contributing factors.
