摘 要: | 生理情况下Notch通路不仅对成年神经干细胞数量的维持和自我更新发挥着决定性的作用,而且还可以抑制其向神经元分化,促进其向神经胶质细胞分化.脑缺血发生后,Notch信号通路被激活以调控缺血后脑损害区域的结构和功能重建.此文将主要综述Notch信号通路及其在生理和病理情况下对成年哺乳动物中枢神经系统的调控.

Abstract: | Physiologically, Notch signaling pathway is not only to be implicated in the maintenance and self-renewal of adult NSC, but also can inhibit differentiation of NSC to neuron and promotes to neural gila cells. After cerebral ischemia occurs, Notch signaling pathway is activated to regulate the reconstitution of the brain lesion and functional restoration. Here,we review the roles of Notch signaling pathway in the adult mammalian CNS in physiological and pathological conditions. |
