首发精神分裂症复发患者一般特性及停药状况分析

目的探讨首发精神分裂症5年内复发情况及复发患者的一般特性（性别、年龄、文化、婚姻、病前性格、病前诱因、生活环境）和停药状况。方法对406例首发精神分裂症患者痊愈后5年内进行随访,分析复发患者的一般特性及停药状况。结果5年复发率为70.3%。不同年龄、婚姻状况、生活环境的患者,其复发风险明显不一样,另病前有诱因的,其复发风险明显低于无诱因的。而不同性别、性格、及文化程度的患者,其复发风险差异无统计学意义。复发患者中复发前停药者占69.8%。结论分析首发精神分裂症患者的一般特性及痊愈后的停药状况可以大致预测其复发的可能性,应引起专业人士及家属的重视以更有效的预防复发。

Research of general characteristics and withdrawal state for the relapse patients of first-episode schizophrenia

Objective Approach recurrence state of the first 5 years and the general characteristics and drug withdrawal state of the relapse patients for the first-episode schizophrenia. （the general characteristics include sex,age,culture,marriage,premorbid personality,premorbid cause,living enviroment）. Methods Followed-up 406 cases of first-episode schizophrenia patients recovered in the first 5 years,analysis the general characteristics and drug withdrawal state of the relapse patient. Results The recurrence rate was 70. 3% in the first 5-years. The difference of age,hving enviroment and marriage induces the obviously different recurrent risk,and there is less recurrent risk in the patients with premorhid cause than in the patients without premorbid cause. But the patients with different sex,premorbid personality and culture have no statistical difference in the recurrent risk. The drug withdrawal rate is 69.8% before recurrence in all of the relapse patients. Conclusion Analysis the general characteristics and drug withdrawal state of the first-episode schizophrenaia may roughly predict the chance of recurrence, it should be reconstred by the subject person and the family in order to prevent recurrence better.
