PDCA管理循环结合继续教育在放射科摄片质量控制中的应用

随着放射科全面进行数字化摄片以后,工作及管理流程均发生了改变.应用PDCA管理循环结合继续教育来管理数字化摄片质控工作,制定质控检查及继续教育的计划和要求,分为计划制订阶段、质控管理阶段、质量检查阶段和总结处理阶段,并在质控和教学的整个过程中根据实际情况进行调整,使质控程序有案可查,管理工作有据可依,教学工作更加规范,摄片质量不断提高.

Application of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA) Management Cycle Combined with Continuing Education in Quality Control of Digital Radiography in Department of Radiology

The work and management process has been changed since the digital radiography was fully introduced into the department of radiology.Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA) management cycle combined with continuing education have been made in quality control of digital radiography.Plans and requirements of quality control checks and continuing education programs have been made,which can be divided into four steps: situation analysis and plan development,quality control management,quality control check and summary stages.These four steps were adjusted flexibly according to actual situation in the whole process of the quality control of photographs.The quality control procedures and quality of photographs were documented,quality control was more standardized.Moreover,continuous improvements of the quality of photographs were achieved.
