耳穴贴压缓解乳腺癌术后化疗病人癌因性疲乏的研究

[目的]探讨耳穴贴压疗法对乳腺癌术后化疗病人癌因性疲乏的干预效果。[方法]将80例乳腺癌术后化疗疲乏病人随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上选取耳穴肝、脾、胃、神门、内分泌为主穴进行耳穴贴压干预,15d后用简易疲乏量表和生活质量问卷评价两组病人的疲劳程度及生活质量。[结果]干预后观察组病人疲乏程度低于对照组、各项生活质量评分明显高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]耳穴贴压联合常规护理能有效缓解乳腺癌术后化疗后病人的疲乏程度、显著提高病人的生活质量。

Study on auricular acupressure to relieve cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients accepting cheotherapy after surgury

Objective:To probe into the intervention effect of auricular acupressure for cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients accepting cheotherapy after surgery.ethods:A total of 80 cases of breast cancer patents with cancer-related fatigue after surgery and cheotherapy were randoly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each.The control group cases were given routine nursing,besides that,the observation group cases received auricular acupressure which took liver,spleen,stoach,auricular,door god and endocrine as ain acupoints,the degree of fatigue and quality of life of two groups of patients were evaluated with the siple fatigue scale and quality of life questionnaire after 15 d.Results:tiredness degree of patients of observation group was lower than that of control group after the intervention,the quality of life scores were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of auricular acupressure in cobination to routine care effectively alleviate the fatigue degree of the breast cancer patients after surgery and cheotherapy and significantly iprove the patients’ quality of life.
