| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高主动脉夹层治疗效果的有效措施。方法收集本院2001年9月至2006年9月主动脉夹层住院患者临床病例资料，对其治疗方法及疗效进行整理。结果共收集18例确诊为主动脉夹层的住院患者，Standford A型13例、B型5例，分别给予手术、介入及内科保守治疗，患者总体治疗有效率为61．11％。结论内科保守治疗在治疗主动脉夹层中有重要意义，应严格把握介入治疗的适应症，根据不同的分型采取不同的治疗方法，以提高主动脉夹层的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Object Approaching valid measures to elevate the curative effect of dissection of aorta. Methods Collecting the clinical cases of the impartment patients with dissection of aorta from Sept. 2001 to Sept. 2006 in our hospital, then arranging the therapy and curative effect of these cases. Results 18 cases of the impartment patients whose final diagnosis are dissection of aorta, 13 cases of Standford A, 5 of B in acute stage to treat with operation, intervention and medicine separately, the total effective power is 61.11%. Conclusion In order to elevate the curative effect of dissection of aorta, different types should accept different therapeutic measures. |
