展毛乌头生药学研究

摘    要:
展毛乌头(Aconitum carmichaeli var.truppelianum(Ulbr.)W·T·Wa-ng et Hsiao)母根与子根的保护组织分别来源于次生韧皮部和皮层,故建议用广义的“栓化组织(suberized tissue)”以代替过去在文献中使用的“后生皮层”和“次生表皮”等含混名词。观察证明.石细胞是存在的,而异常构造是不存在的。此外,在根的不同水平上,形成层环的形状和初生木质部的数目(5~7)不同。薄层层析结果显示,展毛乌头比乌头可能至少缺少一种生物碱。最后还讨论了其学名和药用问题。

Abstract:
The protective tissues in the mother and daughter roots originate from the secondary phloem and the cortex respectively and thus can be more appro- priately expressed by the term“suberized tissue”than by the ambigous“meta-cor- rex”or“secondary epidermis”used in literature.It is believed that sclereids oc- cur while anomalous structures do not.Both the shape of the cambium and the number(5~7)of the primary xylem groups vary at different levels.The spectrums of thin layer chromatography reveal the possibility of at least one less alkal-oid in Aconitum carmiehaeli var.fruppelianum than in A.carmichaeli.A preliminary discussion on its nomenclature and medical application is also presented at the end of the paper.
