摘    要:
目的:评价精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸(RGD)肽修饰纯钛表面对细胞早期黏附增殖影响. 方法:利用分子自组装技术氨基化纯钛表面,化学接枝GYRGDS肽,计算不同时点材料表面黏附细胞数;不同浓度RGD肽液预处理接种前细胞,计算材料表面细胞黏附率;MTT法和扫描电镜分别检测材料表面细胞的增殖、生长.结果:RGD肽修饰的纯钛表面细胞早期黏附率、增殖活性和生长情况在各时点均优于未修饰组,高浓度肽液预处理对RGD肽修饰组表面细胞有较强黏附抑制作用.结论:采用分子自组装技术可将活性RGD肽稳定的化学接枝于纯钛表面,修饰后材料的细胞早期黏附增殖等生物学行为有明显改善.
