血液透析对血清胆汁酸水平的影响

摘    要:
目的 了解血液透析对尿毒症病人血清胆汁酸(TBA)水平的影响。方法 分别对60例普通透析(HD)患者、20例血液滤过透析(HDF)患者透析前后,血清胆汁酸水平进行测定、比较。结果血液透析患者较正常对照血清TBA水平高(P<0.05);HD、HDF透析后血清TBA水平升高(P<0.05),这种变化以HDF为著;乙型肝炎患者透析前血清 TBA比非乙型肝炎患者高(P<0.05);老年患者透析前血清TBA比较中青年患者高(P<0.05)。结论 不同透析方式对透析患者血清TBA水平有影响,HDF影响较HD大;乙型肝炎透析患者、老年透析患者较非乙型肝炎患者、中青年透析患者血清TBA水平高。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of hemodialysis on serum level of total bile acids (TBA) in uremic patients. Methods The serum TBA were measured and compared before and after hemodialysis (HD), hemodiafiltration ( HDF) . Results The serum TBA Ievel of HD patients was higher than the normai control, the serum TBA Ievel of HD patients and HDF patients increase after hemodialysis(P<0.05), espe-cially the change of HDF is remarkable. The serum TBA Ievel of patiens with hepatitis B was higher than those of patiens with no hepatitis B ( P < 0.05 ), the serum TBA Ievel of elder patiens was higher than those of middle - young patiens ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Hemodialysis affects the serum Ievel of TBA, which was more remarkable in HDF patients than in HD patients. The serum TBA Ievel of patiens with hepatitis B was higher than that of patients with no hepatitis B, the serum TBA Ievel of elder patients was higher than those of middle - young patients.
