额肌瓣悬吊术治疗儿童先天性上睑下垂的适宜的年龄探讨

目的 探讨额肌瓣悬吊术治疗儿童先天性上睑下垂的适宜年龄。方法 对39例（43眼）先天性上睑下垂额肌瓣悬吊术的临床资料进行分析。结果 1-3岁15例（16眼）,其中15眼矫正良好,1眼基本矫正;4-6岁16例（18眼）,其中16眼矫正良好,2眼基本矫正;7-12岁8例（9眼）,基本8眼矫正良好,1眼基本矫正。均无并发症发生。结论 重度先天性上睑下垂,只要全身状况良好,1岁以上即可手术。中度者学龄前手术适宜。轻度者可在12岁以上局麻下手术。

Age and suspension of forehead muscle for blepharoptosis of children

Objective To investigate the adaptive age for the children of blepharoptosis with the forehead muscle suspension surgery. Methods 43 eyes (39 cases) had accepted this suspension surgery in our hospital,and the clinical date had been collected totally. Results In the cases less than 3yr,15 eyes (15 cases)had been well corrected,and 1 eye rectified just;In the cases of 4yr to 6yr,16 eyes (16 cases) had been adujsted properly,and 2 eyes rectified just;and in the cases of 6yr to 12ys,8 eyes (8 cases) had been corrected properly,and 1 eye just.For all cases,no complication happened. Conclusions For the cases with serious blepharoptosis,if only in good health,the children with 1 year old,can accept this surgery;In the middle cases,adapting the surgery before school age;and in the mild cases receiving the surgery under part-anaesthesia after 12 years old will be suggested.
