电脑生物清洁剂消毒性能观察

目的电脑生物清洁剂是一种以微生物代谢产物为主要成分的电脑专用清洁剂,了解其杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验及金属腐蚀性试验进行了实验室研究。结果该电脑生物清洁剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用20min,杀灭率均达到100%;对枯草芽孢杆菌作用30min,杀灭率达到100%。该清洁剂对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5000mg/kg(体重),属无毒类物质;其原液对家兔皮肤和眼黏膜无刺激。以该电脑生物清洁剂原液浸泡72h,对不锈钢片、橡胶管和电脑键盘无腐蚀,对铝片和碳钢片基本无腐蚀性。结论该电脑清洁剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有较好杀灭作用,毒性低且无刺激性,腐蚀性较低。

OBSERVATION ON DISINFECTION PROPERTIES OF COMPUTER BIOLOGICAL DETER GENT

Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and disinfection-related properties of the computer biological detergent which is the detergent special for computer containing the metabolite of microorganism as the main ingredient.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test,animal toxicity test and metal corrosion test were used to carry out laboratory study.Results The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans exposed to the stock solution of the computer biological detergent for 20 min were 100% and that of Bacillus subtilis exposed for 30 min was 100%.The mouse acute oral toxicity LD50 value of this detergent was >5000 mg/kg(bw),which belongs to non-toxic substances.Its stock solution was not irritating to rabbit skin and eye mucosa.Immersion in the stock solution of this computer biological detergent for 72 h did not cause corrosion of stainless steel coupon,rubber tube and keyboard of the computer and was essentially not corrosive to aluminum and carbon steel coupons.Conclusion The computer detergent has good killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi,low toxicity and low corrosiveness,and is non-irritating.
