小脑顶核电刺激对急性脑梗死患者血清NSE和神经功能缺损的影响

摘    要:目的 :观察小脑顶核电刺激 (FNS)对急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)和神经功能缺损的影响 ,探讨该治疗方法的康复疗效。方法 :6 0例急性脑梗死患者随机分为FNS组 30例和对照组 30例 ,分别观察治疗前后患者血清NSE浓度的动态变化及神经功能缺损评分情况。结果 :治疗后 2组血清NSE浓度和神经缺损评分与治疗前比较均有下降 ,且FNS组下降更显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :FNS可降低急性脑梗死患者血清NSE浓度 ,有利于促进神经功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of fastigial nucleus electric stimulation (FNS) on neural function deficit and serum level of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients. Methods:Sixty patients with ACI were randomly divided into the fastigial nucleus electric stimulation group (FNS group, n=30) and conventional medication group (n=30).Before and after treatment, the changes of serum NSE levels and neural function deficit scores in the patients with ACI were observed.Results: Before treatments,the level of serum NSE and neural function deficit scores in FNS group and conventional medicial group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). However, after the treatment, the serum level of NSE and neural function deficit scores in the two groups were obviously decreased as compared with those before treatment,especially in the FNS group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Fastigial nucleus electric stimulation could decrease the serum level of NSE, and enhance the recovery of neural function in the patients with ACI.
