女性抑郁症患者的述情障碍特征研究

目的:探讨女性抑郁症患者的述情表达及与人格特征的关系。方法:于2018年1月至12月对110例女性稳定期抑郁症患者及110名正常对照者进行简式健康焦虑量表(SHAI)、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)检查,并就检查结果进行t检验、Pearson相关分析及多元回归分析。结果:抑郁症组TAS-20总分、F1及F2因子分显著高于对照组,F3因子分显著低于对照组,两组比较均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,抑郁症组TAS-20总分、F1、F2因子分与SHAI总分、SHAI F1、SHAI F2、EPQ-N、EPQ-P呈显著正相关(P均<0.01),与EPQ-E呈显著负相关(P<0.01);TAS-20总分、F1因子分和EPQ-L呈显著负相关(P均<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,抑郁症组TAS-20总分、F1、F2因子分和EPQ-E、EPQ-N、EPQ-P有显著关联(P均<0.05)。结论:女性抑郁症患者存在情感识别和描述障碍,思维更具内向性;神经质和精神质等人格特征及严重度可作为评估女性抑郁症患者的疾病易患因素之一。

Characteristics of alexithymia in female patients with depression

Objective:To explore the expression of alexithymia and its correlation with personality traits in female patients with depression.Method:Simple Health Anxiety Inventory(SHAI),Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20(TAS-20)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)were examined in 110 female patients with stable depression(depression group)and 110 normal controls(control group)from January to December in 2018.Two-sample t test,Pearson correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis were performed on the results.Results:TAS-20 total score,F1,F2 factor score in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while F3 factor score was significantly lower than that in the control group.Their differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that TAS-20 total score,F1,F2 factor score were positively correlated with the SHAI total score,and the score of SHAI F1,SHAI F2,EPQ-N and EPQ-P.And they were negatively correlated with the EPQ-E in the depression group(all P<0.01).TAS-20 total score,F1 factor score and the EPQ-L were negatively correlated in the depression group(all P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that TAS-20 total score,F1,F2 factor score and the score of EPQ-E,EPQ-N,EPQ-P had significant correlation in the depression group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Female patients with depression have difficulty in recognizing and describing emotions,and their thinking is more introverted.Personality traits and severity of neuroticism and psychoticism can be used as one of the risk factors for female patients with depression.
