基于信号通路的中药抗抑郁症作用机制研究进展

抑郁症是一种常见的情感性精神疾病,严重危害人类的身心健康,而目前抑郁症的治疗仍然是医疗界的一大难题。近来研究发现,CAMP信号通路、ERK信号通路、BDNF信号通路、mTOR信号通路等已经成为治疗抑郁症的新靶点,以这些信号通路为靶点的药物起效快、疗效显著、作用持久。同时中药以其不良反应小、用药依从性好的优点也成为近几年研究的热点。就近年来细胞信号通路在中药治疗抑郁症中的研究进展进行综述,为寻找快速起效不良反应小的抗抑郁药物提供理论参考。

Research Progress on Mechanism and Signaling Pathway Regulation of Chinese Materia Medica on Depression

Depression is a common emotional mental disease,which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of human beings.However,the treatment of depression is still a major problem in the medical field.Recent studies have found that CAMP signaling pathway,ERK signaling pathway,BDNF signaling pathway,mTOR signaling pathway and other signaling pathways are new targets for the treatment of depression.At the same time,traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot topic in recent years due to its advantages of fewer side effects and good compliance.In this paper,the research progress of cell signaling pathway in the treatment of depression with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years was reviewed,which provided theoretical reference for the search for antidepressant drugs with rapid effect and small side effects.
