我国临床护理教师研究热点的共词聚类分析

目的探讨我国临床护理教师研究热点,旨在为我国临床护理教学发展及教师师资队伍建设提供参考。方法在中国知网、万方数据库中进行文献检索,采用BICOMB 2.0对关键词进行统计并生成高频关键词词篇矩阵,运用SPSS 22.0软件进行系统聚类分析。结果最终纳入267篇文献,截取19个高频关键词,归纳出3个研究热点:教学行为与人文关怀能力研究;教学方法及岗位胜任力研究;教学能力及教学质量评价研究。结论我国临床护理教师的软技能日益受到关注,岗位胜任力是临床护理教师资质认定的重要指标,临床护理教师的考评体系多样,仍缺乏统一规范的标准。

Co-word cluster analysis of research hotpots for clinical nursing teachers

Objective This paper aims to present research hotspots of clinical nursing teachers and provide reference for the development of clinical nursing teachers and the construction of teachers'team.Methods Literatures were retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang database.BICOMB 2.0 software was used to generate word matrix.Hierarchical Cluster was conducted by SPSS 22.0 software.Results This study totally analysised 267 publications and identified 19 high-frequency keywords.We obtained 3 domains of research focuses:teaching behavior and humanistic care ability;teaching methods and post competency;teaching ability and the evaluation of teaching quality.Conclusions There is growing concern about the soft skills of clinical nursing teachers.Competency is an important indicator of clinical nursing teachers'evaluation,the evaluation system is diverse,and there is still a lack of unified standard.
