活血经验方治疗短暂性脑缺血的临床效果及磁共振弥散成像观察

目的研究活血经验方治疗短暂性脑缺血患者的临床效果及磁共振弥散成像情况。方法选择医院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的短暂性脑缺血患者164例纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各82例。对照组常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加活血经验方治疗,患者治疗前及治疗后2周均行磁共振弥散成像,比较两组的成像情况、评估治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者的短暂性脑缺血发作次数及发作持续时间、中医症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组发作次数及发作持续时间、中医症状积分均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前磁共振弥散成像对两组患者缓解期及发作期的阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后磁共振弥散成像对观察组缓解期及发作期的阳性检出率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前磁共振弥散成像对两组患者的病灶检出数及检出病灶直径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后磁共振弥散成像对观察组病灶检出数显著少于对照组、检出病灶直径显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血经验方治疗短暂性脑缺血患者效果显著,磁共振弥散成像能够准确显示患者的病灶情况、具有重要的诊断意义,能够指导短暂性脑缺血患者的诊治工作。

Clinical Effect and MR Diffusion Weighted Imaging Observation of Blood-Activating Formula for Treating Patients with Transient Ischemic

Objective To study the clinical effect and MR diffusion weighted imaging observation of Blood-Activating Formula for the treatment of patients with transient ischemic.Methods A total of 164 patients with transient ischemic admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,82 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment and the observation group was treated with Blood-Activating Formula.The patients underwent MR diffusion weighted imaging before and 4 weeks after treatment,and the imaging status of two groups was compared to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results There was no significant difference in the number of transient ischemic attacks and duration of seizures,Chinese medicine symptom score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The number of seizures and duration of seizures,Chinese medicine symptom score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate between two groups of patients during the remission period and the attack period before treatment(P>0.05).The positive detection rate of MR diffusion weighted imaging after treatment in the remission and episodes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of lesions detected and the diameter of detected lesions between two groups with MR diffusion weighted imaging before treatment(P>0.05).The number of lesions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the diameter of detected lesions was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood-Activating Formula for the treatment of patients with transient ischemic has significant effect,and MR diffusion weighted imaging can accurately display the patients’lesions.It has important diagnostic significance,and it can guide the diagnosis and treatment of patients with transient ischemia.
