| 摘 要： | 患者男,46岁。右侧鼻孔处绿豆大质韧丘疹1年,逐渐增大,偶有轻度瘙痒。组织病理检查示表皮大致正常,真皮毛囊周围结缔组织增生,毛囊周围被同心排列的增生的胶原纤维包绕,诊断为毛周纤维瘤。

| Abstract: | A 46-year-old male patient presented with an asymptomatic mung bean-sized papule on the right nostril for 1 year, which gradually enlarged with occasional mild itching. Histopathologic examination showed normal epidermis, but connective tissue hyperplasia was found around the dermal hair follicles, which were surrounded by concentric hyperplastic collagen fibers. Based on those findings, the diagnosis of perifollicular fibroma was made. |
