| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃神经内分泌肿瘤和胃癌伴神经内分泌分化的临床病理特征.方法 回顾性分析10例胃神经内分泌肿瘤和4例胃癌伴神经内分泌分化患者的临床病理资料,并对其组织化学及免疫组织化学SP法染色进行观察.结果 胃神经内分泌肿瘤和胃癌伴神经内分泌分化均好发于老年人,患者临床症状相似,以晚期多见,肿块大多为溃疡型,好发于胃贲门部或胃窦部.10例胃神经内分泌肿瘤中,典型类癌2例,不典型类癌3例,小细胞癌5例,癌细胞均表达神经内分泌标记物,嗜铬素A(CgA)、突触素(Syn)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)阳性.4例胃癌伴神经内分泌分化见少数神经内分泌标记物阳性的肿瘤细胞散在分布于胃癌组织内,其癌成分为管状腺癌,表达癌胚抗原(CEA)、上皮膜抗原(EMA),黏液染色(AB/PAS)阳性.结论 胃神经内分泌肿瘤以不典型类癌及小细胞癌为主,大多恶性度高,胃癌伴神经内分泌分化不影响胃癌的恶性度,两者属于不同的组织学类型,分型对其治疗有指导意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinico-pathological characteristics of gastric neuroendocrine tumor(NET) and gastric carcinoma with neuroendocrine cell differentiation.Methods We reviewed the clinical and pathological data of 10 patients with gastric NET and 4 with gastric carcinoma with neuroendocrine cell differentiation.Histochemical and immunohistochemical stain were performed.Results The symptoms of the patients were similar,presenting mainly at advanced stage.Most tumors were ulcer type,their favourite ... |
