| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定复方维A酸软膏中醋酸地塞米松含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),检测波长为240nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样量为20μL。结果:醋酸地塞米松线性范围为0.0283～0.8490μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为101.13%(RSD=1.28%)。结论:本方法简便、快速、分离度好、结果稳定,可用于复方维A酸软膏的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for determination of the content of Dexamethasone acetate in Compound tretinoin ointment by RP-HPLC. METHODS: The separation was performed on C18 column with methanol: water (70∶30) as a mobile phase, wavelength of UV detector at 240nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Dexamethasone acetate was within 0.028 3～0.849 0μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery of Dexamethasone acetate was 101.13%, with RSD at 1.28%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and capable of producing good separation results. It can be applied to the quality control of Compound tretinoin ointment. |
