| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的治疗作用及对血浆内皮素的影响。方法 对68例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分两组，分别予以用通心络胶囊(33例)及长效消心痛胶囊(35例)治疗4周，观察疗效及治疗前后血浆内皮素(ET)含量，并与40例健康人作比较。结果 ①通心络明显改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状，总有效率为87.87％，长效消心痛组总有效率为88.57％，两组间无明显差异。②通心络明显降低血浆内皮素(ET)水平，与长效消心痛组比较，两组无显著差异。结论 通心络能缓解不稳定型心绞痛的临床症状，有效调节ET，减少心肌缺血损伤程度，是治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Tongxinluo capsule(TXLC) in treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods The plasma endothelin(ET) levels of 33 UAP patients were observed before and after treatment with TXLC and 35 patients with iso mack retard were studied as cortrols.Results The plasma ET level was significantly higher in the UAP patients than in the normal controls.After treatment with TXLC,the ET level was markedly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion TXLC can regulate the imbalance of ET and decrease myocardial ischemia.It is an effective drug for UAP treatment. |
