| Abstract: | Integrating with the practice and experience in the author's unit and being directed against the existing problems while using and managing the special drugs in the medical units, this article suggests that the management of special drugs be legalized, obligated, filed and be in procedure. It also provides the management of rewarding the good and punishing the bad. |
