| 摘 要： | 通过对高校学生干部的调查,分析了学生干部的基本情况、角色间冲突情况和角色内冲突情况。针对调查发现的问题,并根据角色理论和高校学生工作实践,提出了几点建议和对策:加强培训,提高角色扮演能力;促进了解和交流,调整角色期望;分清主次,处理好角色关系;开展心理干预,解决心理问题。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a survey of role conflict of college student cadres.It analyzes the college student cadres' general status,inter-role conflict, and intra-role conflict.Based on the survey,the role theory and the practice of university student work,some suggestions have been put forward: strengthening the training program in order to improve their ability to play the role;promoting the communication and understand in order to readjust the role expectation;identifying the important and less important issues in order to handle the relationship of different roles correctly;making psychological intervention in order to solve psychological problems. |
