摘    要:
目的 应用抗体包被免疫磁珠分离CD4 +T淋巴细胞亚群,并检测其效果。方法 运用直接包被法制备免疫磁珠,并以流式细胞仪分析。结果 CD4 +T淋巴细胞亚群分离率>95 %。结论 用直接包被法制备的免疫磁珠具有较好的分离CD4 +T淋巴细胞亚群效果。

Abstract:
Objective To isolate CD4+ T lymphocyte subpopulation by antibody-coating immunomagnetic beads and evaluate the efficacy of detective methods. Methods Immunomagnetic beads were prepared by direct antibody coating and analysed by flow cytometry. Results The isolation rate of CD4+ T lymphocyte subpopulation was above 95%. Conclusion Direct antibody coating of immunomagnetic beads can isolate CD4+ T lymphocyte subpopulation effectively.
