262例急性出血性脑血管病临床与心电图关系分析

目的：研究急性出血性脑血管病临床与心电图关系。方法：262例急性出血性脑血管病病人均在急性期做心电图(ECG)检查，部分病例测定血糖及血钾，对心电图改变发生机制及临床关系进行分析。结果：262例中58例ECG正常，204例不正常，异常率为77．86％。ECG正常者死亡5例(8．26％)，ECG异常者死亡及恶化出院44例(21.57％)。两组比较预后有统计学意义(P＜0．01)。结论：脑源性ECG改变与出血有直接关系，义与脑部病变部位、严重程度及预后密切相关。特别是ECG改变明显，复查无改善或恶化，同时伴血糖增高、血钾低者，预后更差，提示ECG改变可作为急性出血性脑血管病判定预后的主要指标之一。

Analyse of the Relation between Clinic and ECG of 262 Cases with Acute Haemorrhage Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective:To reseach the relation between clinic and ECG of acute haemorrhage cerebrovascular disease.Methods:ECG of 262 cases with acute haemorrhage cerebrovascular disease were examined at acute period and the blood sugar and blood kalium were tested in some of the patients.The mechanism of ECG change and relation between this change and clinic were analysed.Results:In 262 cases of ECG, 58 cases were normal, 204 cases were abnormal (77.86%).5 cases died in the mormal ECG group (8.26%), death and deterioration cases were 44 in the abnormal ECG group (21.57%).The contrast of prognosis between two groups had a marked difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The change of ECG caused by cerebrovascular disease hade relation to the haemorrhage,but the change was colsely related to the position,serious degree of the pathologic change and prognosis,specially the patients of change of ECG to be distinct and reexamination to be not ameliorative or deteriorative or at the same time followed hyperglycemia,lower kalium,their prognosis were still bad.The change of ECG may be as a primary index to detemine prognosis of the acute haemorrhage cerebrovascular disaese .
