肝癌骨转移患者介入手术前中后的焦虑反应与处理

目的探讨肝癌骨转移患者介入手术前中后的焦虑反应与处理方法。资料与方法入院拟行限期介入手术治疗无精神疾病的肝癌骨转移患者32例,采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表进行自我评定,对于存在焦虑者,于介入手术前1天（术前处理后）、术后1天（术中处理后）、术后7天（术后处理后）再予以3次焦虑评分。结果行介入手术肝癌骨转移患者均存在不同程度的各种焦虑,经过给予相应的处理后,患者焦虑的情况整体有明显的改善,焦虑评分显著的降低。结论肝癌骨转移患者介入手术前中后的焦虑反应,可通过医务人员采取针对性的心理支持和干预,调动其主观能动性,改变其错误的认知,树立战胜病魔的信心,达到积极配合介入治疗的目的。

To treat the anxiety caused by interventional therapy on osseous metastases of primary hepatic carcinoma patients

Purpose To treat the anxiety caused by interventional therapy on osseous metastases of primary hepatic carcinoma（HCC） patients.Methods Clinical data from 32 patients with HCC were analyzed retrospectively.Bone metastases were found on all patients by CT.All of 32 patients underwent interventional treatment.Grade of the anxiety caused by interventional therapy were recorded by SAS grade form before,during and after interventional therapy.Results Psychotherapy can be useful to decrease the grade of the anxiety caused by interventional therapy on osseous metastases of HCC.Conclusion Psychotherapy combined with interventional therapy can relieve pain for osseous metastases and permit the patients to improve life quality evidently on HCC patients.
