华支睾吸虫肝病的CT检查价值

目的：评估华支睾吸虫肝病的ＣＴ检查价值，方法：回顾性对比分析了３２例华支睾吸虫肝病与３６例肝外胆道阻塞所致肝内胆管改变的ＣＴ表现，结果；华支睾吸虫病所致肝内胆管改变特征是胆管扩张由周边小胆管向肝门区发展及Ⅲ级以下胆管扩张，特别是被膜下小胆管扩张（Ｐ〈０．０１），肝外胆管无扩张或以度扩张（Ｐ〈０．０１），肝内胆管扩张的形态在同部位其改变二者无显著性差异。结论：ＣＴ能清楚地显示华支睾吸虫肝病所致肝内管

The Value of CT Examination for Clonorchiasis

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the value of CT examination for clonorchiasis METHODS:Comparisons and analyses have been conducted on 32 patients with clonorchiasis and 36 patients with obstruction of extrahepatic bile ducts through CT scans retrospectively.RESULts:The dilatation of intra-hepatic bile ducts caused by clonorchiasis was the dilatation which was from the small bile ducts in the periphery of liver to the porta hepatis and which occured in grade m bile duct or below,particularly beneath liver membrane (PR<0.o1 ). Without or only mild dilatation of extra-hepatic bile ducts was found. (P<0. 01). The dilatation of intra-hepatic bile ducts at a certain point in the two categories did not show significant difference statistically. CONCLUSION:The CT scans have clearly shown the basic pathologic feature of intra-hepatic bile ducts caused by clonorchiasis. CT is one of the comparative effective methods of diagnosis and observation of the curative effect on the clonorchiasis.
