| 摘 要： | 探索一种简便、经济的获取可用于动物实验的膜肺的方法,将12条健康杂交犬,随机分为进口膜肺组(A组),国产膜肺组(B组),分别建立ECMO转流模型,A组用临床用过经处理的进口膜肺进行转流,B组用国产膜肺进行转流,监测动脉、膜肺出口处、冠状静脉窦内血气。结果显示,两组膜肺出口处血气在转流4h内无显著性差异,5h以上A组低于B组,有显著性差异。动脉血气在转流期间两组无显著性差异。两组冠状静脉窦内血氧分压在转流4h内无显著性差异,5h以上A组低于B组,有显著性差异。说明临床用过经处理的进口膜肺可用于急性动物实验,且安全可靠,性能与新的国产膜肺相近,可为实验节省大量资金。 |

| Abstract: | In order to find a simple and economic way of collecting membrane oxygenation which can be used in experiment animal, twelve healthy adult dogs were divided into two groups group A and group B. Right atrium-Aorta extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (RA-AO ECMO) models in the two groups were set up. Blood gasc in artery, membrane lung opening and Coronary vein sinus was measured. The results showed that the blood gase in membrane lung opening of the two groups didn t significantly differ at short term (< 4hrs), but at long term( >5hrs) the blood gase in group A less than that in group B. So it is can be concluded that this way can be used in experimental animal and can save more money. |
