医院-社区一体化精神卫生服务的效果分析

目的 评价以患者为中心的医院-社区一体的精神卫生服务模式,对促进患者社区康复、提高病家满意度的作用.方法 选择我区享受一体化服务的免费服药患者329例,用自制的调查问卷对患者的基本情况、药物依从性、规范就医、复发住院、满意度情况进行调查.结果 入组后免费服药患者规范门诊率为98.78%,比入组前上升51.36%;按医嘱服药率为99.39%,比入组前上升16.041%;住院人数为8人,平均住院日为109.13天,住院均次费为8346.43元,分别比入组前5年平均下降了70.59%、47.64%、42.69%;89.94%的病家认为一体化服务比以往服务更令他们满意.结论 医院-社区一体服务有利于提高患者的规范就医、药物依从性;有利于降低病情复发率、减少平均住院日;有利于病家满意.
