急性脑梗死的溶栓治疗

目的评价缺血性脑梗死急性期溶栓治疗的疗效。方法98例急性缺血性脑梗死患者，病程为2～7h。行脑血管造影明确栓塞血管及部位。尿激酶以1．0万U／min持续泵入，总量为100万U，辅助其它常规治疗，治疗14d后评价其临床疗效。结果基本痊愈14例，显著进步30例、进步39例、无变化11例、死亡4例，有效率为84．7％，显效率为44．8％，血管再通率为73．5％，治疗后神经功能缺损评分较前显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论急性缺血性脑梗死的溶栓治疗是一种安全有效的方法，可明显改善患者的生存质量。

Thrombolysis for Acute Ischemic Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of thrombolysis for acute ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods 98 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction were treated by superselective infra-arterial thrombolysis using Urokinase(UK). The time from onset to treatment was 2 to 7 hours.UK was infused into the infracted cerebral artery at the rate of 10 000 unit/min.The total dosage of UK was(1 000 000) units.The patients were given routine treatment.The curative effect were evaluated 14 days after the treatment. Results The cases of recovery,significant improvement,improvement,no change,death were 14 and 30 and 39 and 11 and 4 respectively.The rate of effective,excellence,recanalization were 84.7% and 44.8% and 73.5% respectively.The neurological deficit scale score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Thrombolysis is a safe and effective therapeutic method for acute ischemic cerebral infarction.
